There are very few things more special than a newborn baby. The photos taken in the first few weeks will last a lifetime and will bring back those memories of the beginning of their life. During the session we will take a number of breaks to give the baby a rest and to setup different shots. I will be more than prepared to pause for feeding/changing/resting as this will make the resulting photographs look more natural and relaxed.

My style is to make the photographs as natural as possible with minimal props other than simple blankets etc.

Babies have their own schedule, and make their own decisions, and I fully appreciate that so the session will be dictated by them and breaks for feeding, changing and sleep is to be expected. By not trying to force them to do something they don't want gives more of an opportunity to catch them at their best.
